The zombie plague started somewhere in Central Asia, most likely in the north eastern areas near where Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, and Russia touch.

1. Plague known as Kazakh-Central Asian Plague
   1. AKA KCAP and kay-cap
   2. Persons infected with the disease are known to have been kay-capped

2. Anaerobic virus
3. KCAP virus contains both RNA and DNA
   1. Double stranded
4. Incredibly quick acting, even if bit in lower extremity such as a foot or hand, have seconds to amputate before plague enters trunk and main vitals
